Con oltre 25 anni di esperienza internazionale, creo ritiri individuali su misura, unici per intensità, profondità ed efficacia.
Queste esperienze immersive – che possono durare fino a 12–14 ore al giorno – si svolgono in luoghi che rispecchiano perfettamente le persone che arrivano da me: chalet silenziosi tra le montagne, antiche case contadine o rifugi privati nascosti, dove la totale privacy permette che la vera trasformazione accada.

Unisco bodywork somatico, rituali sacri come il Rituale SilberQuarzit, immersioni nella natura come bagni nel ghiaccio o cerimonie del fuoco, guarigione emotiva somatica e diverse tecniche di respiro – dal respiro connesso al psychedelic breath – in esperienze profonde che aiutano le persone a liberarsi da pesi emotivi su tutti i livelli.
Questa fusione unica di arte manuale, scienza delle emozioni, spiritualità e intuizione permette di sciogliere antichi schemi emotivi, calmare il sistema nervoso e ritrovare chiarezza, forza e un nuovo allineamento interiore.
Come Special Facilitator, accompagno anche ritiri di gruppo esclusivi in tutto il mondo, arricchendo programmi esistenti con rituali, breathwork e pratiche somatiche che aiutano le persone a liberarsi dalla pressione interiore e ritrovare la loro naturale armonia.
Ogni incontro con me è un invito ad ascoltare se stessi in profondità – a oltrepassare paure, insicurezze, rabbia o tristezza – per giungere a uno stato di pace interiore autentica e duratura.

Ein heilsames Erlebnis
….. Dafür kombiniert Kornelia die richtigen Fragen („Was wünschst du dir für deine mentale und körperliche Gesundheit?“) mit behutsamen Berührungen, Meditation und Atemübungen sowie dem Auflegen von Silberquarzitsteinen auf die Haut.
Denn manchmal, so die 49-Jährige, komme man allein durch Kopfarbeit nicht weiter. Die „Silberquarzit Experience“ wirkt ganz unterschiedlich: Manche Teilnehmerin reagiert mit
